If any straws happen to arrive damaged, please follow the instructions below.
Step 1: Email email@example.com with "BROKEN STRAW - NAME ON ORDER"
Ex. "BROKEN STRAW - STEVEN STARWOOD
Step 2: State your order number
Step 3: State the quantity of straws broken, color of straws, and item name
Ex. 1 Pink Skinny Steel Straw Broken
Step 4: Attach an image of the broken straws so that we may quickly verify the damages with photo confirmation. (see below)
US Customers only
Once we receive all the information stated above, we will immediately ship out replacement straws for you. You will receive email verification from Saveacup with an attached tracking number.
The straws will be shipped to you VIA USPS First Class mail.
For customers in Canada, we will issue a refund for the number of damaged straws once all of the information above is received. Regrettably, we are unable to ship replacements straws to Canada at this time.
