If an incorrect item has been received, please follow the instructions below and we will ship you the correct item(s) immediately. Please see instructions below.
Step 1: Email firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line "WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED - NAME ON ORDER"
Example: "WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED - STEVEN STARWOOD
Step 2: State your order number
Step 3: State the quantity of incorrect items received, the quantity and the color.
Example: (4) Black Skinny Steel Tumblers received
Step 4: State if there is an item missing from the original order, the quantity and the color.
Example: (4) Aqua Skinny Steel Tumblers missing
Also, we will provide you with a return shipping label so that you may ship the incorrect items back to us.
Step 5: State whether you would like a refund or a replacement
- Refund: We will issue you a refund once we receive notification that UPS has received the return package.
- Replacement: We will ship out the correct item(s) once we receive notification that UPS has received your package. Shortly after, you will receive email verification from Saveacup, Inc. with an attached tracking number verifying that your package has been shipped.
