If any items happen to arrive damaged, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Email firstname.lastname@example.org with "DAMAGED ITEMS - NAME ON ORDER"
Ex. "DAMAGED ITEMS - STEVEN STARWOOD
Step 2: State your order number
Step 3: State the quantity of damaged items, which items are damaged, and the color of damaged items.
Ex. 4 Black Skinny Steel Tumblers (damaged)
Also, we will be sending you a free return shipping label so that you may ship the damaged items back to us.
Step 4: State whether you would like a refund or a replacement
- If refund option is chosen, we will issue you a refund once we receive notification that UPS has received the return package.
- If replacement option is chosen, we will immediately ship out a replacement package once we receive notification that UPS has received the return package at their hub. You will then receive email verification from Saveacup, Inc. with an attached tracking number verifying that your package has been shipped.
