If any items happen to arrive damaged, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Email firstname.lastname@example.org with "DAMAGED ITEMS - NAME ON ORDER" or
“DEFECTIVE ITEMS- NAME ON ORDER”
Ex. "DAMAGED ITEMS - STEVEN STARWOOD
Step 2: State your order number
Step 3: State the quantity of damaged/defective items, which items are damaged/defective, and the color of damaged/defective items.
Ex. 4 Black Skinny Steel Tumblers (damaged)
Step 4: Include photos of the damage or defect (Required)
Step 5: State whether you would like a refund or a replacement
- Refund: We will issue you a refund once we receive notification that UPS has received the return package.
- Replacement: We will ship out the correct item(s) once we receive notification that UPS has received your package. Shortly after, you will receive email verification from Saveacup, Inc. with an attached tracking number verifying that your package has been shipped.
