If there are missing items from your order, please follow the instructions below.
Step 1: Email firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line "MISSING ITEMS - NAME ON ORDER"
Example: "MISSING ITEMS - STEVEN STARWOOD
Step 2: State your order number
Step 3: State the quantity of items you are missing, which item is missing, and specify the color.
Example: (4) Black Skinny Steel Tumblers (missing from order)
Step 4: State how many boxes you received. Check the tracking number to see if any boxes are still in transit.
Example: Received 2 boxes out of 5 OR received 5 boxes out of 5
Step 5: State whether you would like a refund or a replacement
- Refund: we will issue you a refund after an internal investigation is completed.
- Replacement: we will immediately ship out the correct package once we complete our internal investigation.
- Please provide your ship-to address if you would like a replacement.
