Save A Cup Canada stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you love all the items you have purchased.
If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from Save A Cup, you can return your item(s) as follows:
- All quantities of the cup style must be returned. (For example, if 12 Bev Steel wine tumblers are ordered, all 12 Bev Steel wine tumblers must be shipped back in original packaging)
- Items must be unused, undecorated, and unaltered
- Items must be in complete original packaging and all components must be intact (straws & lids)
- Items purchased from Save A Cup Canada can be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Customers are responsible for any associated shipping and customs fees for return shipments
Please Note: Items purchased through a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to the 3rd party’s return policy.
How to Send Us Your Return
If you wish to start a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to start your RMA or call us directly at (888) 268-0021.
After you have started your RMA with us, please print your RMA packing slip. This packing slip will provide us with all the details we need to expedite your return. Just place this form in the box with the item(s) you are returning.

Mail-in returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 1-2 business days after we receive return package at our warehouse.
