Need to update your order?
We are only able to accommodate order changes if your order has not begun processing for shipment.
Generally orders begin processing for shipment weekly on Wednesdays before 12PM PST.
To update your order, contact us here with a subject heading of “ORDER UPDATE REQUEST: <your order number>” and a description of what you would like updated.
If we’re able to catch your order before it begins processing, for shipment your old order will be cancelled and we place a new order with your updated changes.
Orders that are not caught before being processed for shipment will need to go through our returns and exchanges process.
