Need to cancel your order?
We are only able to cancel orders that have not begun processing for shipment.
Generally orders begin processing for shipment weekly on Wednesdays before 12PM PST.
To cancel your order, contact us here with a subject heading of “ORDER CANCELLATION: <your order number>”.
If we’re able to catch your order before it begins processing, for shipment your order will be cancelled and a refund issued.
Orders that are not caught before being processed for shipment will need to go through our returns and exchanges process.
