2. Please indicate the Item Name, Color, and Quantity of the items that were incorrectly shipped. 
3. Please indicate the Item Name, Color, and Quantity of the item that you were supposed to receive.

4.  Prepaid shipping labels will also be provided to ship the incorrect items back to us.
