Generally if tracking shows that your order delivered, but you haven’t received your order, this indicates several common possibilities:
- Our carrier may have left your package with a neighbor.
- Our carrier may have delivered to the incorrect address.
- Porch thieves made off the package.
In either case, best practice is to check with your neighbors to see if any have received your package.
If none of your neighbors have received your package, please contact us here immediately so we can begin filing a claim with our carrier for the missing package on your behalf.
