Need to update your order?
We can only accommodate order changes if your order has not begun processing for shipment.
To update your order, contact us here with a subject heading of “ORDER UPDATE: <your order number>” and a description of what you would like updated.
If we’re able to catch your order before it begins processing for shipment, your old order will be cancelled and a new order with your updated changes will be placed.
Orders that are not caught before being processed for shipment will need to go through our returns and exchanges process.
