- Subject: BROKEN STRAW- <Your Order #>
- Item Name, Color, and Quantity of the items with broken straws. Note: Item name and color can be found on your order confirmation as seen below:
- Include photos so that we can verify the damage/defect.
- Once we are able to verify damage a refund or replacement will be issued.
